U-tray and flow tray

Forming and cutting machines make it possible to produce cardboard U-trays and flow trays from a roll. Made of corrugated paper, the trays enable you to support your products in an environmentally friendly way and protect them from damage and/or breakage.

KT-03 Flow tray machine - specific features:

     •   Direct infeed of trays into the flowpackers infeed tables, flight bar conveyors, longitudinal infeed systems, etc.

  •   Universal machines, therefore easy to use in existing systems.
  •   High capacity up to approx. 120 pieces per minute.
  •   Dimensions are easily and infinitely adjustable.
  •   Production from a roll means less chance of malfunctions in your packaging process.
