Cartoning machine

HKE−80

  

The HKE-80 has been modified to position pre-glued cartons and boxes. The cardboard sheets are removed from the magazine by a rotating movement and placed between the catches on the chain belt. A pusher inserts the product into the folded-out boxes. Once the product has been inserted, the flaps of the box are folded down and hotmelt sealed.
Capacity: max. 60-80 sheets per minute.
 

  
Pre-positioning device: Because cardboard is often ordered in large quantities, there is a risk that it will attract moisture and therefore be more difficult to fold out using standard positioning systems. The pre-positioning device has a double head with two suction cups on each head, which guarantees a stable and secure infeed. To position the box, two contra cups are used to pull the box open against the direction of the rotating head so that it is placed, already open, between the catches. Thanks to this application, it's no problem to process even low-quality and/or square boxes at high speed.
 
         
 
 

HK−02

The HK-02 was specially developed by TEHAMA's engineers for the Polaroid factory. We finish this very compact cartoning machine specifically for each customer/product. The machine's quick-change parts for your cardboard sheets mean that you can quickly convert the machine to a new product.
Capacity: max. 20-30 sheets per minute.
